Eat a New Type of Food Every Month: Kombucha

Kombucha is fermented tea with floaty things with alleged health benefits. It was the only thing I’ve consumed this year that could have made me throw up. I don’t like floating fibers in my beverages. As far as taste, it was a bit sour, but good. Effervescent.
