Here’s me and my stomach pouch aka the body part I’m most self conscious about. You can have this body too if you work out (but don’t exert yourself too much), enjoy delicious food, drink red wine, and realize that abs aren’t going to happen without your period ceasing. (Just wanted a break from the barrage of photos of women with or aiming for the “perfect”, fitspo, “beach body” bodies.) Our beauty standards are warped and I’m over it. No slight to those who push themselves to be stronger and healthier. Continue to kick ass.
