Eat a McDonald’s Filet-o-Fish and Apple Pie

Completed: Eat a McDonald’s Filet-o-Fish and Baked Apple Pie

How can we have gone so long without eating two of the most iconic items on McDonald’s menu? Well, good thing that’s now history.

Filet-o-Fish factoids:

  • Invented in 1962
  • Calories: 379
  • Protein: 15 g
  • Total Fat: 20 g

Wait. They put cheese on this shit?

Verdict: Sandwich is okay in its entirety (Kris had to eat the side of the bun with no cheese), but the meat by itself tastes like a fish-flavored sponge.

Baked Apple Pie factoids:

  • 230 calories
  • Vitamin C12% of your reccomended daily intake
  • McDonald’s FRIED apple pies were introduced on the menu in 1968, but in 1992 they were phased out in favor of a baked pie (claimed to be healthier) in the United States.

Verdict: Full on delicious.
