I’ve wanted to go to Atlanta for the last five years. I want to see the civil rights memorial and its historical landmarks.
On my way to Arizona for work, I had a layover in Atlanta… but for only two hours. I didn’t have enough time to venture outside of the airport, but there were a few nice exhibits honoring the significance of the city, including some of Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr.’s belongings.
And a few others interesting pictures and artifacts in the exhibit…
So, technically I’ve been to Atlanta. Although, I’m not counting this as officially completed, I just wanted to give you a report on this long-held goal’s progress.
